Stay away! Very unfriendly owner. He first tried to open my expensive watch with a knife, having difficulty. Then he fumbled his way trying to pry the battery open with an instrument which even to my untrained eyes was too big. He then handled the watch with his fingers wihtout any respect, with gross movements and no delicacy at all. He could not install the new battery. He got frustrated and put the old battery back in and shouted at me "take your watch back". Very unprofessional. His son has helped me with wathces in the past, and was much kinder and helpful. I am not going back in this place even if you pay me. They are lucky I am not suing them for ruining my watch.
